Bellavida, Italian for Beautiful Life, our home is in a gated community surrounded by beautiful conservation areas and community lakes. The house has 6 bedrooms upstairs, the master bedroom has an ensuite with shower and bath and a separate toilet, there are 3 further bedrooms with ensuite, one with shower and bath and separate toilet. The final two rooms are connected through an ensuite and ideal if you have young children as there are twin beds. All rooms have TV's.Upstairs there is a washer and dryer and a space with a desk and chair to set up the laptop. We have free wifi throughout the house and in the pool area.There is a downstairs toilet inside and one outside in the pool area. There are two soft seating areas downstairs , one with a large screen TV and one for chatting and reading. There is a large table for the family to all eat together and 6 stools around the kitchen bar area. We have a pool table and foseball. We provide cots and highchairs. Outside in the pool area, there are 6 loungers with cushions and an outdoor table and seating for al fresco. There is parking for 4 vehicles on the drive and additional parking area a short walk from the house. The Walmart is 5 minutes drive away and a Publix can be found at Celebration a short drive away. There are many restaurants along the US 192 including Red lobster and the Olive Garden. At Celebration there is a the Columbia which is Spanish- Cuban Hacienda like in addition to an Italian and the Town Tavern. Orlando airport is not far and passes the Florida Mall, there is also the Millennium mall and various other outlets malls. The Bellavida gated community has a 6,700 sq ft clubhouse and features a heated resort pool and spa, fitness centre, movie Theatre, cyber,computer room, spacious lounge with televisions, plus basketball and volleyball courts. Bellavida is located just of US 192 behind Medieval Times in the heart of it all...minutes from the many world famous attractions and shopping, yet secluded enough to provide a private sanctuary you will love.
