Totally restored, refurnished and redecorated in 2025, Les Terrasses is now available for you to rent and make wonderful memories with loved ones and family. As this is our first rental season we have set some very attractive rates for you to take advantage of.
We generally rent Saturday to Saturday especially during high season, but do ask as we can sometimes be flexible.

It offers privacy to those wishing to escape to a calming natural environment, but is within easy reach of all the amenities and restaurants that beautiful Cotignac has to offer.
Recently renovated and totally refurnished by an interior designer focusing on natural tones with a modern twist on classic French furniture, this property offers comfort, style and plenty of living space for up to 8 guests who are looking for somewhere special to relax during their vacation.
Tucked away in 8,000 sq mtrs / two acres of olive, oak, and pine trees, you'll discover this gem of a property at the top of a 120 metre private driveway, where you'll find the house surrounded by terraces overlooking olive groves and a lovely vineyard. You can hear the gentle peel of the bells from the Sanctuary of Notre Dame de Graces as you relax by the swimming pool or you can follow the natural stone steps and paths that connect the gentle terraces, and find yourself quickly losing sight of the house as you explore the terraced woodland, with hammocks, a small cave, and an old cabannon in the grounds.
