The regular weekly rate is $1200 + 13% tax = $1356, Saturday to Saturday preferred. There is also a $125 cleaning fee plus $15 per additional person over 10 people. Pool Heat is an optional extra at $25 per day (winter months only). Major holiday weeks are an extra $50 per night. You will need to pay a $59 for Home Away property damage insurance OR request the option to provide a fully refundable $300 security deposit (which is automatically returned by Home Away). Home Away will also charge you a booking fee. The $75 admin fee is non refundable should you cancel for any reason. Trafalgar village is a superbly located tourist destination in the heart of Central Florida. This upscale gated vacation community is based around luscious woodland and lakes and is just a few miles from the Walt Disney World theme parks. We are located 15 minutes from Disney and 25 minutes from Orlando international airport (MCO). Our prestigious property is furnished to the very highest standard and consists of SIX large bedrooms (three kings, two twins and one full) together with FIVE bathrooms, a living room, dining room, pantry, family room, and game room. Our exclusive home is fully air conditioned and comes equipped with every comfort necessary to make your stay truly memorable. There is a large screen television in the main living room together with televisions in each bedroom. The expanded outside pool area and screened in porch / lanai compliment our property which is the largest in the resort. Abundant shopping opportunities exist with several outlet malls and quaint downtown shops and restaurants all close by. Mouse ears and the major theme parks are what first come to mind, but they are only just the beginning. No matter what your interests, you will find an attraction to enjoy. A NOTE ABOUT PRICES: $1200 per week + 13% tax = $1356 plus a Home Away booking fee that will be displayed when Home Away automatically generate quote. Please note the price is for the Entire House- Not per person. We will always try to accommodate your preferred dates however in peak Spring Break and School Summer Holiday Season Saturday arrivals / departures are preferred. For less than 7 nights we prefer bookings that fall between two Saturday to Saturday periods. eg. Arrive Saturday or Sunday and leave Thursday or Friday. Monthly Rates Available.
