THE SPACE
Looking for the ultimate getaway for your next celebration or gathering? Look no further than our luxurious safari-themed bowling villa! With ample space for large families and groups, our villa is perfect for all of life’s unforgettable moments, from weddings to family reunions to corporate retreats.
There are 12 rooms with king beds; 1 room with 2 full-over-full bunk beds; and 1 room with 1 full-over-full and 1 full-sized bed, for a total number of beds: 19. This house can accommodate comfortably up to 38 people.
The first floor rooms are named after wild animals, including the cheetah, Lion King (master), and Safari (master). And that’s just the beginning of our villa’s many amenities, which include a pool table, arcade games, and a state-of-the-art home theater with a 4k 120-inch TV screen in the living room. The open-concept living room space is perfect for entertaining, complete with a premium quality audio-system that will delight your guests. Due to its unique theme and amenities, the Safari villa was featured by Paging Mr. Morrow.
All 14 of our bedrooms feature Smart 4k TVs and comfortable, carpeted floors. And with two refrigerators, two sets of full-sized washers and dryers, and free Wi-Fi and internet, our villa has everything you need to relax and enjoy your stay. Take a dip in our large private swimming pool and spa, which can be heated upon request, or simply lounge in the resort-style sun loungers and seating. We also have a private family BBQ grill next to the pool for your convenience.
The villa has plenty of open space for group gatherings, including a massive Kitchen Island with additional chairs for the group to enjoy quality meals together. The Kitchen is fully equipped for the most discerning chef, so you can create delicious meals with ease.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
* POOL HEATING/HOT TUB: Cab can be added as an additional service to the reservation, subject to an additional cost of $ 50/day. Must be informed 48 hours prior to the check-in date. Please keep in mind that since the Hot Tub is connected to the pool they do not operate independently.
POOL HEATING FYI:
* The heater is set to a maximum of 95F, which is a standard, we cannot make it warmer.
* It doesn't warm up the water instantly, it takes time for it to get to its max set up heating temperature.
* The pool and jacuzzi are heated by the same heater, so they'll both get to the same temperature.
* The heater does not work as a hotel/resort's heater, it will make the water warm, not hot, since it is designed to be used on smaller pools, it makes the water equally warm on both the Pool and Jacuzzi.
* On cold, cloudy, and rainy days, the water will take longer to heat up completely.
STARTER SUPPLIES: The following starter supplies are provided in the unit: each bathroom will have: 1 small bar soap, one toilet roll and 1 trash bag; in the kitchen: 1 dish detergent, 1 dishwasher capsule, 1 sponge, 1 paper towel, 1 trash bag. No other supplies will be provided. Please stop by the nearest Supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.
HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.
FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee powder will be provided prior to check in.
TRASH DISPOSAL: Please observe trash collection days and place trash in the resort dumpster daily to keep a clean home.
