Welcome to our tranquil, relaxing home which offers the perfect balance of magic and serenity at our lake view family vacation home close to Disney and numerous golf courses. Relax on our pool deck and enjoy the calm magnificence of nature and just under 15 minutes away from the Disney parks. Enjoy our open plan single story villa, pool and spa along with lake and conservation views with games room too, creating wonderful memories for you and your loved ones.
The space
Our pool and spa overlooks the lake.
We are 15 minutes away from the theme parks, 5 minutes away from restaurants and shops/supermarket.
The lounge is excellently placed at the heart of the house with views over the swimming pool and lake beyond. It has the added bonus of being open plan so no one is left out when preparing food within the kitchen.
The master bedroom has a large king-size bed with an en suite bathroom which has a walk in shower and a water closet. The second bedroom has a queen bed and an en suite with a shower and water closet. The third bedroom has a queen bed. Bedroom four and five have two single twin beds with bathroom attached housing a bath tub and water closet. The bathroom also has an external door with access to the pool area. All bedrooms and the living room have SMART TV’s.
We have a private screened swimming pool and spa with pool furniture for the sunbathers and there is also a covered lanai for maximum comfort if you prefer to relax in the shade.
All external doors to the pool have a pool alarm attached, this is for your safety and must not be switched off. The alarm will only go off when the door has been closed.
We offer Ultra High speed Wifi internet, enough for multiple simultaneous devices with streaming apps and free unlimited long distance phone calls to Canada and USA.
Our games room has a 6ft x 3ft pool table along with a football table to amuse all.
Other things to note
Pool heating is optional at £30/$40 a day which includes the spa heat, if you require just spa heat it would be $20 a day. The pool heater is set to 85F for the pool and 102F for the spa. Please note, the performance of the pool heater may be impacted by cold weather and we offer no guarantee that it will reach the set temperature under such conditions when nightly temperatures can fall in the low 60s or below during the winter.
