The house is on a large terrain of approximately 10,000 m2 allowing for privacy.There is a pool and outdoor bar and sitting area area as well as a top level newly refurbished tennis court great for competition training or just friendly games. The property runs down directly to the beach with a long expanse of lawn with lots of space for kids to play and run. The yard ends at the beach where a number of restaurants can be found within walking distance.
The house has 5 main bedrooms, 4 on the ground floor, each with attached bathroom, one bedroom upstairs also with attached bath, plus a downstairs maids/extra children's room. In the main house there are a total of 6.5 baths including an attached bathroom for the downstairs smaller room. There are two outside bathroom areas with showers near the pool. The house is easy access mainly on one floor with a large open living room that flows to the dining room and kitchen area. Outside the dining area is an outdoor space for dining as well.
