Das Skigebiet Hochficht (A) ist 6 km entfernt, zum Freibad Schwarzenberg (A) sind es 2 km. Das Haus, das nur über einen Stichweg erreichbar ist, hat 3 Terrassen und einen überdachten Freisitz. Auf dem Grundstück mit altem Baumbestand befindet sich auch eine Quelle und es wird östlich von Wald und westlich durch eine Kuhweide begrenzt. Das Gebäude wurde von 1993 bis 2016 durch die Eigentümer (Architekten) nur mit regionalen Baustoffen grundrenoviert und bis 2018 als privates Feriendomizil genutzt. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet. Wok, Raclette und Fonduegeschirr sind vorhanden. Es wurde, soweit realisierbar, auf Kunststoffe verzichtet. Im unteren Bad, dem ehemaligen Kuhstall, befindet sich eine Dampfsauna. In der Stube ist ein Kachelofen, in der ausgebauten „ Scheune“ ein offener Kamin und ein Schwedenofen. Hier darf auch geraucht werden, da durch das Öffnen des Galeriefensters ein optimaler Rauchabzug gewährleistet ist. Schlafzimmeraufteilung: EG: 1 SZ mit 2 Einzelbetten OG: 1 SZ mit Doppelbett OG: 1 SZ mit französischem Bett b= 1,40m mit Balkon OG: 1 SZ mit französischem Bett b= 1,40m mit Balkon Die Betten werden mit gebügelter Bettwäsche bezogen, Handtücher und Tischwäsche werden ebenso gestellt. Waschmaschine und Trockner sind vorhanden. Dieses Waldlerhaus wurde nach ökologischen Richtlinien umgebaut, d.h. es wurden keine toxischen Baustoffe verwendet. Dadurch kann es vorkommen, dass eine Spinne an der Granitwand sitzt, oder eine Maus durch die offene Tür huscht. Dafür zählt aber die Qualität der Luft und des Wassers zu den Besten in Deutschland. Dieses Ferienhaus ist perfekt für Familienurlaube oder Mehrgenerationenurlaube geeignet, da es ein wirkliches Paradies auch für Kinder ist. Haustiere sind erlaubt.
