This spacious 4-bedroom,2-bath, villa features scenic views of our natural pond & preserved woodland from the patio or large living room windows. Watch Sand Cranes, Cardinals, Ospreys, Herons, Egrets, Ibises, and Cranes, feed and nest in your backyard tropical paradise, together with Racoons & Squirrels, we even had a Bald Eagle in the trees outside our home.
Inside: a kitchen with all amenities included. You can enjoy easy, inexpensive meals by the refreshing pool and save your money for fun vacationing in the many attractions nearby. Our Lounge is comfortably furnished & includes a large screen SMART TV with NETFLIX, multi region DVD & music centre.
Outside in the Lanai we have a large table & chairs for dining alfresco, further chairs & sun loungers to relax in & a large moveable parasol so that you can have shade where needed plus a propane BBQ, After your day at the local attractions, you can kick your feet up and relax poolside.
Our family vacation home also includes a laundry area in the garage with large capacity washer, dryer, iron and for those rainy times we have a Fuseball Table also in the garage to keep young & old children entertained
