The villa is very spacious inside as well as outside and there are several cosy corners and terraces on the plot.
From the entrance you enter directly into a large living room with dining table and cosy sofa area. From the living room you have direct access to an open and fully equipped kitchen. The living room is nicely furnished and has direct access to terraces on both sides of the villa.
The main terraces and pool area are facing south which makes it perfect for sun bathing.
In total there are 5 bedrooms in the house, which all are located on the lower floor:

The pool area is nicely decorated with outdoor shower and 6 sun loungers. There is outdoor dining table and lounge furniture on both sides of the villa and with a barbecue gas grill available it will surely make for several good 'Mediterranean dinners'.
The house is located in the sought-after neighbourhood of La Capellania in Benalmádena, close to Torrequebrada Golf and Casino. At the entrance to the urbanization there is a supermarket and restaurants and the urbanization stretches all the way down to the sandy beach of Playa La Cubana in Carvajal Benalmádena / Fuengirola with several delicious Chiringuitos (beach restaurants) where you can also rent sun loungers, sun umbrellas, etc.
