This beautiful and luxury villa of the 1920’s has an AMAZING SEA VIEW to Cannes and the Lérins island, Sainte-Marguerite en Île Saint-Honorat, situated before Cannes. The villa offers a great atmosphere and has a large private overflow pool with Jacuzzi- and a children area and poolhouse with bar and barbecue area and around the pool there are large and well equipped terraces with dining area’s, lounge chairs, sun-beds etc.etc. At the top to the hill in the closed garden there is a sports room with again the great view. The 4 bedrooms in this villa all have doors to a balcony or private terrace and tere are well equipped indoor and outdoor kitchens!
