Large fully equipped dining kitchen with air conditioning and a toilet. The entire ground floor is perfectly accessible, without architectural barriers.On the first floor we find three bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed (size 150x200 cm) and air conditioning. The second bedroom has a double bed with a ceiling fan and direct access to a large terrace. The third bedroom has two single beds with a ceiling fan. On this floor there is also the main bathroom of the house.
