Located in Vensac, the 'Villa Vensac Océan plein sud' vacation home has everything you need for a comfortable vacation. The property was delivered on July 1, 2021, and we've gone to great lengths to make it a modern, easy-to-live-in, qualitative home designed to offer a comfortable vacation.
Close to the sea, the house invites you to leave your car parked and enjoy the bike path that takes you to the beach in 5 minutes. At the bottom of the garden, a gate opens onto the cycle path, so you can move around safely.
This 114 m² house features a bright, open-plan living room, a fully-equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, of course, it's the vacations!) where you can enjoy breakfast or meals, but the terrace will undoubtedly be your favorite. For sleeping, 3 bedrooms with special care given to bedding and 2 bathrooms (bathtub too yes ) as well as an additional toilet are at your disposal and can therefore accommodate six people. Beds are made up on arrival, and towels are provided. The cellar also houses a second fridge for keeping drinks cool. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (fiber) with a dedicated workspace for telecommuting, air conditioning in the living room, washing machine and TV. Your private outdoor space includes a 750m2 garden with exotic plants, a covered terrace and a gas barbecue (easy to light!). Parking is available on the property. Free street parking is also available. The house garage is ideal for bicycles, for example. Please note that pets are not allowed. As for the neighborhood, many of your neighbors live year-round, and rentals to travelers agree to respect the peace and quiet of the area, so parties are prohibited. No noise after 10.30pm. No visitors are allowed to camp in the garden. The property has a step-free interior.
