This spacious 4 bedroom, 3 full bath townhome is located on the beautiful Regal Palms Resort and Spa, only 15 miles from Disney and will comfortably accommodate your party. Offerings include wireless high speed internet, channel cable TV, fully equipped kitchen, washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board. All complimentary for our guests.
The resort offers lagoon swimming pools, lazy river, slide and play area as well as clubhouse, games room, gym, spa and restaurant. Supermarket, shops, banks and restaurants are all walking distance. Adjacent to the superb Highlands Reserve golf course (par 72) where preferential rates are available. All major attractions within 15 minutes. Perfect place for a relaxing vacation. The resort has a 24 hour reception, clubhouse with bar and restaurant serving food and drinks from breakfast until late both inside and outside on the terrace overlooking the pool area. The area is Wi-Fi enabled, has an internet room, games room, fully equipped gym and spa.
There is a $20.00 Per Day/Per House Resort fee which is payable directly to Regal Palms upon your check in. Pool towels are available in this vacation home. If you prefer to bring your own, that is also fine. If you use the Resort pool towels, you will need to pay a deposit for each towel.
