This brand-new home is (January 2023) a short drive from the main resort facilities but coming in early 2023 is a second resort area, within walking distance with Pirate Ship Water Park Area with a second lazy river and resort pool – all included in your stay with Shine Villas!
These comprise some of the best resort facilities in Florida, including sports courts, resort pool, Children’s splash zone / pad areas pool slides, playgrounds and a gym as well as much more!
Be transported to Hogwarts in the downstairs gaming area with Air Hockey and Foosball, or kick back and watch one of the Harry Potter movies on the huge TV!
Upstairs enjoy a cinema experience with the Hard Rock loft area with 75 Inch TV, or game to your hearts content in the Marvel Avengers room with 4 ‘quad’ screens available for your devices.
All bedrooms have at least 1 x Large Smart TV for use with either free to air streaming services or your own streaming accounts! Both Downstairs Master King Bedrooms and the Primary Living Area also have a cable TV service.

Each bedroom has its own TV. Cable is available in the main living area and 2 master bedrooms with smart TVs and high speed wifi available all rooms.
This home has its own private pool and spa / hot tub (pool heating is available as an optional paid extra0 covered outdoor sitting space with outside dining space.
Fully equipped laundry and high speed free wi-fi are also included.
Linens, towels, and overnight/starter amenities will set you up before your first trip to restock the large Fridge and Freezer in this self-catering paradise.
The pool in this home can be heated on request and is an optional extra. It can be heated for a minimum of 5 consecutive days ($175 plus tax) and the cost for heat is $35 for each night plus tax. If during the course of your stay, you decide to purchase pool heat, then there is an additional charge to cover the cost of sending out a technician to activate the system which is $40.Pool heating efficiency can vary significantly according to the ambient temperature and a heated pool will never feel ‘hot’ to enter. Heating can be requested for any length of stay with $175 plus tax being the minimum payment (which includes the first 5 days) then $35 plus taxfor additional days. We recommend adding pool heat to your reservation during the winter and spring months. Booked at least 24 hours prior to arrival, there will be no activation fee. Where booked later than this or closer to arrival, an activation fee may apply.
A BBQ grill with a new propane tank can be rented for your use please ask for more information about grill options. Charcoal and personal grills are not allowed for insurance / safety purposes.

Entrance to Storey Lake is secured by gate and guardhouse.
There are no fees for clubhouse use (which includes fitness center, resort pool, hot tub, kiddie splash pad, half basketball court, sand volleyball, lazy river, tiki bar and ice cream shop!).
Additional Pirate Ship second resort and lazy river facility opens on 17th December 2022!
Kayaking and mini-golf are available for a small charge.

Riders must be at least 36 inches tall and only one rider at a time.

Does the Mini-Golf and Kayaking cost extra?
- Mini-golf at the time of writing is $5/kids and $7/adults. Kayak rental is $15/30 mins or $20/hour. Sometimes there are specials too.

They open at 11 am and close 8 pm daily.

9 am – 9 pm daily.

The occupancy limit for this property does 24 hours a day and only occupants listed on the agreement may attend the home. All reservations require completion of an electronically signed rental agreement, agreeing to the conditions of the rental which includes that no parties are permitted at this home and the community operates quiet hours outside after 9PM.
ID is required to access the community. Guests are required to provide identification in the form of an ‘ID selfie', confirm the names and ages of all adults who will be attending the property, verify payment method where applicable and that they are the card holder, as well as completing a signed rental agreement’. Child names (not ages) are also required for entrance into the community. This check-in / pre arrival information must be completed within 24 hours of placing the reservation or prior to arrival (which-ever is the sooner’).
The primary booker must be 25 years or older (we are unable to accommodate groups of primarily under 25 year olds or those from the local vicinity) this is part of the HOA and our commitment to no parties or events. However, family groups with Children aged 0 -110 are always welcome!
If you cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, you will be eligible for a full refund. However, please note that 3.8% of any payments made will be deducted to cover card processing fees. This fee applies to each transaction, as we incur these charges from the payment provider whenever a transaction is processed or refunded. The remaining balance will be promptly returned toyouraccount.
