If an animal is found to have stayed without permission, or if your animal causes damage, you will be responsible for our pet fee and any additional damages. All pets must be 100% potty trained and all solid waste must be bagged and disposed of throughout the community and yard. Pets are not to be left in the house unattended unless crated.
2. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the homes or garages.
3. Quiet hours are 10 pm - 8 am.
4. ALL trash must be bagged in 13 gallon bags and placed in trash receptacle for pick up.
5. Checkout is 10 am unless otherwise agreed to by owner in writing. Guest may be charged $100/half hour per villa for late checkout as our cleaners will be on time to have the homes prepared for the next guests.
This property requires a valid ID, signed rental agreement and a credit card on file prior to check-in. There will be a $1000 credit card hold placed on your card 2 days prior to arrival and it will be released 3 days following your departure assuming there is no damage or additional cleaning required due to your stay.
