There is a large screen Smart TV* in the living Room/kitchen combo area.There is also a lounge area upstrairs with a Smart TV* to watch your favorite movies and relax after a long day at the parks.

IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES. READ BEFORE BOOKING:

PARKING: Please always lock your vehicle. You can park your car on the house driveway (04 cars). A few additional street parking spaces are available if needed and these vehicles must be parked within the designated, market spaces along the curb. Vehicles parked on the street outside of marked spaces and other unauthorized vehicles can be towed without notice. Parking in common area parking spaces (not including the clubhouse/amenity center) shall be on a first come/first serve basis. However, vehicles shall not be parked in the same space for more than three (3) consecutive days or may be subject to towing. No overnight parking at the clubhouse is allowed. Violators are subject to immediate towing.

GAME ROOM: Please DO NOT move the game tables (foosball and Pool Table) around as the legs are fragile and WILL break and so you will be held responsible.

PARTIES: That community has very strict NO parties policy. There are security people and off duty Sherrif officers to enforce the law working in the community. The HOA has contracted with the security company in order to provide manned vehicle roving every evening. The roving service searches noise complaints and for cars not parked in a designated area and immediately calls the tow truck. If we receive complains there is a party going on in the property, a penalty fee will be charged.

Pool Heating Available for a fee. It is $35/day plus taxes for a minimum of 3 consecutive days and you must ask for this extra before your arrival. Pool takes sometime to warm so we will be turning pool heater ON a day in advance and will be charging for that extra day. We cannot guarantee any minimum temperature as it depends on the outside weather factors in which we have no control of. If you request pool to be heated AFTER your check-in, we cannot guarantee we can turn it ON (24 hours advance notice required) and even if so it is not guarantee water will heat enough. If a SPA is available, that is not considered a hot tube and so whatever pool water temperature is, the SPA will be.
