No Smoking/Pets: This is a pet-free, smoke-free home to ensure the highest cleanliness standards
POOL HEATING IS OPTIONAL AND IS $35 PER DAY plus tax. MINIMUM CHARGE OF 3 CONSECUTIVE NIGHTS. Please book pool heat before your arrival. If you request pool heat after you have arrived, please note that it takes a full day to get to temperature and there is an additional $25 call out to come to the home and switch the pool heat on.
Pool & SPA will be cleaned once a week, if it looks dirty call us and I will send the pool cleaner as soon as possible. Some SPA houses have NO extra charge to heat it you will be advised before your booking. The pool is cleaned once a week between Mondays and Wednesdays (can be changed without prior notice). Pool company will access pool area from behind they will never access from the front door. After pool cleaning treatment done must wait 1 hour to circulate all chemicals and avoid skin and/or eye irritation.
BBQ - $80.00 per stay. Note: if you need to refill/exchange the propane tank, you can do so at one of many very close locations located within minutes from the Resort. Places like Amerigas, Mobil, BlueRhino etc (3-15 minutes from the house). The refill or exchange is between $20-$25.

RESORT FEE OPTIONAL - If you choose to use the Resort facilities, an Amenity Access Fee is required per family. This is a one-time fee per house per reservation payable direct to the Clubhouse. Price 1-12 Guests $35 and 13+ Guests $45.
Note: If you are not using the clubhouse facilities then No Fee is required.
