Summary: The hostel offers good value for the price, and its location is very convenient, with easy access to public transportation and nearby shops. During my stay, there was a water outage. I understand that situations like this can happen, so I don’t consider it the main issue. What really needs urgent attention is the attitude of the cleaning staff member. I had two very unpleasant experiences with her. The first happened when I was leaving through the main entrance. She suddenly pulled the door out of my hand and opened it with unnecessary force, without any courtesy. The second incident was much more serious. She entered my room shouting at me because my check-out time had already passed and started throwing my personal belongings onto the floor while ordering me to leave immediately. I understand that I had exceeded the check-out time, but I was feeling extremely ill. In fact, the reception staff were incredibly kind and helpful. They assisted me, called a taxi to take me to the airport, and treated me with great care and respect. I am very grateful to them. Unfortunately, the cleaning staff member’s behavior was completely inappropriate for a hospitality environment. I strongly believe the hostel should address this issue urgently and provide proper customer service training, as this kind of attitude has a significant negative impact on the guest experience. Apart from this incident, my stay was positive, but I genuinely believe this matter requires immediate attention.
